Reporting Domain Name Abuse

DNS Gateway

DNS Africa’s priority as a registrar is to offer secure, safe, and user-focused tools that enable individuals and businesses to get online.

We understand that you may sometimes have questions or concerns about content on a domain that is registered through DNS Africa on the Gateway platform. In most situations, a dispute about a particular website (or a particular piece of content on a website) is best resolved directly with the registrant or content owner who is responsible for that content. DNS Africa is not the creator of the offending content, DNS Africa has no way to control or remove individual pieces of content from a website, and DNS Africa cannot mediate disputes over content on a domain.

As a result, if you are concerned about content on a domain that has been registered through DNS Africa on the Gateway platform, your best option is to contact the domain registrar or reseller who manages that domain. You can use any whois service or the one available here to determine who that is (see the Reseller field).

If you have a legal concern about content on a domain that has been registered through DNS Africa  you can contact abuse@dns.business. We endeavor to respond on any tickets received on this email address with 5 business days.
